1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Champ Snackz ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of champsnackz.com (the "Site") and any products, services, or content offered through the Site.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Site, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Products and Orders

Product availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors can occur. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you before processing.

Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send an order confirmation email. We may cancel any order at any time for reasons including:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or description errors
• Suspected fraud or abuse
• Shipping restrictions

Payment
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, major credit cards). By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines and rates are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@champsnackz.com and we'll help resolve it.

We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@champsnackz.com. We'll offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

6. Promotions and Discounts

Promo codes, discounts, and special offers:

• Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• Cannot be applied retroactively to past orders
• May be modified or discontinued at any time
• Have no cash value

We reserve the right to cancel any order that misuses a promotion.

7. User Content

By posting reviews, photos, comments, or other content on the Site or our social media ("User Content"), you grant Champ Snackz a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing purposes.

You confirm that:

• You own or have permission to share the content
• The content is not false, misleading, or unlawful
• The content does not infringe anyone else's rights

We may remove any User Content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

We do not guarantee that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Product descriptions or pricing are always accurate
• Results from using our products will meet your expectations

Allergen notice: Our products are made in facilities that may handle tree nuts, soy, and other allergens. Please review the ingredient list before purchasing.
